1 · Primary sources first
Prices, plan limits, and feature claims are checked against vendor pricing pages and documentation — not recycled from other blogs. Where independent data adds context (for example large-scale cost comparisons), we name the sources we consulted.
2 · Every fact is dated
Claims carry the date we verified them, and comparison tables carry a visible ✓ Verified stamp. If you are reading a page whose facts are older than their volatility deserves, that is our failure — report it.
3 · Re-verification schedule
Volatile facts (pricing, usage limits) are re-checked on a monthly cycle for the tools we actively track; slower-moving facts (features, integrations) quarterly. When something changes, the page changes — and the change is logged on our homepage under Latest verified.
Verdicts are separate from facts
Facts are verified; verdicts are argued. Every recommendation shows the criteria it was judged by, names who it is not for, and says when a free tier is all you need. Verdicts are revisited when the underlying facts move.
Honest limitations
We are a small operation and we do not pretend otherwise: we cannot lab-test every tool continuously, vendor pages can change the day after we check them, and ‘verified’ means verified on the stated date — not guaranteed forever. That is exactly why we date everything.
