Editorial Policy

This policy governs everything published on Auto Decision Hub. It exists so you can hold us to it.

Last reviewed: 16 July 2026.

Independence

Vendors do not pay for coverage, placement, or verdicts — and cannot. Some links are or may become affiliate links; they never influence what we recommend. When a tool with no affiliate program is the right answer, it gets the recommendation (details: Affiliate Disclosure).

Verification before publication

Every factual claim — prices, limits, features — is verified against vendor documentation or our own testing before publishing, and carries the date we verified it. The full process is documented in How We Verify.

Updates, not abandonment

Comparison content decays fast in this niche. We update pages in place when facts change and show the new verification date. A page that is out of date is our defect, and reporting it is a favour: tell us.

Corrections

Errors are corrected visibly. Material corrections are noted on the page; we do not silently rewrite history.

How content is produced

Research, data assembly and drafting are AI-assisted under human editorial direction, and every piece passes a quality rubric before publication: verified claims, honest cons, a clear verdict with criteria, and a genuine attempt to be the most useful answer available on its topic. If a piece cannot beat what already exists, we do not publish it.

What we never do

No sponsored verdicts. No fake reviews or invented personas. No scraped or spun content. No urgency tricks or dark patterns. No claims we have not verified.
